When you fill in the audit form or contact us, we collect your business name, email address, website or social handle, sector, and any message you send. We use this only to reply to your enquiry and deliver the requested audit.
How we use it
We never sell your data. We never share it with third parties for marketing. We use Plausible Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify individuals.
Your rights
You can request a copy of all data we hold about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. Email hello@krupspark.com and we will respond within 7 days.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for 24 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Updates
We will update this policy as needed. The 'Last updated' date above changes when we do.
