Terms of Service

Who you're contracting with

Services are provided by KrupSpark Tech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. By engaging us you agree to these terms.

Pricing and payment

All systems have fixed published prices. Payment is 70% on kick-off and 30% on launch. Retainers are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time with one month's notice.

Delivery

Productised systems have published delivery windows (7–21 days). Delays caused by waiting on client inputs (brand assets, copy approvals, third-party integrations) do not count against the published window.

Ownership

On final payment, all design, copy and code we create transfers to you. Third-party tools (hosting, integrations) remain governed by their own terms.

Refunds

If we have not delivered within 30 days of the agreed launch date due to our fault, you may request a full refund of the deposit. If you cancel mid-build, work completed to that point is non-refundable.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months prior to a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
